  • Oversaw corporate & product brand identity and architecture for Interbrand’s #17 brand in the world with $75B product portfolio.

  • Led the launch of 2020 Intel global brand platform and visual identity, including a logo refresh for the second time in company’s history.

  • Led creative execution for 2022 brand campaign with $50M US media spend targeted at Gen-Z & Millennial tech audience. Initial results after one month

  • Oversaw integrated campaign efforts for consumer computer group – Intel’s highest grossing business at $37B – driving creative quality and messaging consistency from TV to digital to retail

  • Created and launched Cannes Lion and Effie award-winning 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics campaign and drones activation 

Leadership

Reporting directly into VP of brand, I was a trusted advisor with a seat at the Brand, Creative and Media team leadership table within our marketing group to execute on priorities, shape brand trajectory, and foster a rewarding culture. As global director of all things brand creative my key areas of focus included:

  • Managing our creative agency roster in conjunction with procurement in order to drive brand consistence and savings of approximately $15M YOY.

  • Codifying brand strategy, messaging and identity guidance to align broader marketing efforts and empower Intel teams and external partners to execute.

  • Leading all facets of external agency relationships from brief creation and design exploration to creative execution and financial management.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional marketing leaders to shape strategy and measurement in order to deliver on objectives, including YOY sales and brand lift.

  • Partnering with media to deliver the right message, to the right person, at the right time.

  • Hiring, managing and actively mentoring a team of highly motivated individuals toward common goals.

Group Account Director // Heat // San Francisco // Sep 2011 – Sep 2017

Brands: LG, Twitter, Jackson Family Wines, Les Schwab Tires, Bank of the West, Shutterfly

  • Led the global launch of LG’s annual marquis phone with a $40M+ budget worldwide.

  • Business lead for Jackson Family Wine portfolio for 5+ years, including Kendall-Jackson and La Crema marketing efforts.

  • Integrated team lead for Twitter NBA campaign, growing the business relationship to encompass projects for Olympics and Elections campaigns; a $4M revenue increase in 3 months.

  • Les Schwab business lead overseeing integrated annual campaigns with spend upward of $20M+, increasing YOY store sales 10% in 2 years within emerging markets.

  • Managed over a third of the agency’s billings, 5+ clients and respective agency teams at any given time.

  • As part of Heat’s leadership team, helped the agency grow in revenue and talent, from 50 to 135 people, all while being named one of the best places to work in San Francisco and culminating in the acquisition by Deloitte digital.

  • Launched Anheuser-Busch’s first all-digital effort resulting in silver Effie award-winning Rolling Rock campaign.

  • Key lead for multi-year Emerald Nuts campaign from development of top 2007 Super Bowl spot through point-of-purchase. Gold Effie winner.

  • Pitched and won multiple assignments for Budweiser and Bud Light, contributing $5M to agency revenue.

  • Collaborated with head Creative Director on design and implementation of HP global brand identity. Led identity rollout and training to HP employees and agency partners via global road show.
